Briannah is almost potty trained @ 2
Yeah! It's official! I came home from work last night and my wife had good news to tell me. Yesterday when they went to bible study meeting, my daughter walked up to her mom and said "mommy, potty in bathroom"? That means that now my daughter is getting tired of wet diapers and she's getting used to sitting on the toilet to go potty which means soon we won't have to buy diapers anymore and my daughter will be potty trained. Another good thing is that my daugher will be ready to start pre-school either this fall or next year. Most likely this year. Yeahhhh! I'm so happy. Daddy proud of his little princess. My wife and I tried to teach her to go potty on the toilet but she would get scared and cry so we had to wait. But now, after seeing her brother use the potty all the time, she's not scared anymore. I'm sure the feeling of a full diaper also helped her to see the benefits of going potty in the toilet as well. Good going my daughter briannah! daddy's proud of you.

Daddy’s girl
I love my children so much. My wife tells me that my daughter is such a daddy’s girl person. According to my wife, she’d be looking for me a lot when I’m at work and when she’s disciplined, she’ll utter daddy until she falls asleep. Even though I get annoyed with my daughter especially when she does things that she’s not supposed to, I still love her so much. Whenever we get the chance to bond, she’s like super glue, she won’t let me go. I had to bribe her just to calm her down and so she won’t follow me. The photo above, we were in the Mexican restaurant at the time for lunch and she was just all over me. She keeps kissing me. She’s a sweet little girl. My son is kind of like momma's boy. We have one of each.

He loves his bus
My son will never sleep without his bus with him. Whenever we tuck him in to his bed, he’d make sure that the bus is there otherwise he’ll be looking for it and won’t sleep until it’s found. For some reason my wife ruined his old bus and he kept on complaining about it, so, I decided to give him a brand new one. I checked online to see if I can get it and unfortunately there weren’t for sale. We actually got that bus from the tradeshow for free a few years ago. I went to the website and emailed to the admin. I asked them if they still have the bus and fortunately they responded my email. I was told it’s not for sale but they can give it to my son for free including the bus piggy bank. I was so happy and I didn’t tell my son about it until it arrived. It was precious and priceless to see him smile upon seeing his brand-new bus.

Creative play for our family
I was having lunch at my work when I saw the commercial of the wikki stix great crafts ideas for kids. I thought it was cool and fun crafts. I’m sure my children would love to have this kind of stuff. My son loves creative play and the fact that this stuff is a clean and mess free, I’m sure my wife would love it because she doesn’t have to worry about cleaning for it’s a mess free art. I found their website and it’s Wikkistix.com and they have versatile stuff that’s not only for preschooler but also for the kids who are in middle school. I think this is an excellent and fun toy for my kids and for our family activity.

On the job training as a "father"
I'm the proud father of a 2 year old son and a beautiful wife and i really cant ask for more but since this is my first child, it has been quite a learning lesson for me. My son is really growing up fast and he's getting big. He's daddy's little hero but he's also developing an attitude of his own and that worry's me. Now, whenever he doesn't get his way he will fall on the floor and start kicking his legs and crying. Today when i came home from work he was really irritable and he keeps saying "choo choo" and pointing to our next door neighbor so i take him over to the neighbors house to play for a little while. When i come back later to pick him up, he has a big toy car in his hands but i tell him to put it down because he has his own toy cars at home but he doesn't want to give it to me so i had to grab it from him and he got mad at me and started to cry and so i picked him up and brought him home and he was kicking and crying so hard and he wouldn't stop. He cant be taking the neighbors toys all the time and bringing them home. I hate to tell him he cant take the toy home but it doesn't belong to him and he needs to learn. I really wish that there was a book i could buy that teaches me how to be a father. I would pay good money for that book. This parenting job looked easy when i was a single man but now that I'm in the middle of this thing, its not as easy as it looks.
