Remembering 9/11
Tomorrow will be the 9th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the world trade center. That day changed the lives of thousands of people here in the united states and around the world. Even though security has been improved many officials believe that it's not enough. Before September 11, 2001, airport screening was provided by private companies which were contracted with the airline or airport. After 9/11 the transportation security administration was introduced to handle screening at all U.S. airports. It's sad that it took a tragedy like this to change security laws here in the united states. For the families of those people who perished, they still bleed from that awful day. It will never be forgotten.
