Baking cookies with daughter

I've (daddy) been promising my daughter for weeks now that the next time I will bake some sweets for my daughter and son, I will let my daughter help me mix the ingredients in our stand-up mixer. I just love this stand-up mixer we bought and it sure does make things so much easier when baking and the results of my hard work show in the finished product. Today I had my daughter help me mix the ingredients for a batch of chocolate chip cookies. My wife pulled up my daughters Dora table and here you can see her helping daddy mix things up. We call her "miss independent" because she always want's to do things by herself. Like girl? Your only 3 years old. Come on now. She want's to put her own clothes on, feed herself, put her stuff away,  etc. Silly girl.....Oh, and the cookies? They came out perfect. Mommy had to put the jar of fresh cookies way up in the cabinet because they won't stop eating them.

Here's the finish product of our cookie baking

You have such a lovely girl! It's very rare that we find independent kids these days, so you are blessed to have one! can you post photos of your cookies? :)

It is so cute on the Daddy's baking assistant. It is a great feeling for parents to see their children do things on their own or become independent at the early age..

That is a good bonding between Dad and daughter. She will really cherish it when she grows up :-)
