Wii Fit Entertainment System.

For those of you who are familiar with the gaming console Wii, the manufactures at Nintendo got smart and game up with a cool software program for the Wii console called Wii Fit. My wife and i are really interested in losing some weight so i ran around town the other day inquiring prices at various gym centers like 24hour fitness, bally, and all those other popular ones. I found out that the prices are a little bit out of our price range for a family man. So i spoke to my wife and we are thinking about buying the Wii gaming console with the Wii fit software and use it as our exercise program. What a great idea Nintendo came up with. The game has about 40 different activities including yoga poses, push ups and other exercises like aerobics and strength training. Furthermore, Wii Fit allows its players to compare their fitness by using Wii Fit's own channel on the Wii menu. And the best thing about is you don't even have to step out of your house or spend money on gas to go to the gym so your really saving money. So if your thinking about losing some weight but cant afford the high cost of a gym membership, consider the Wii gaming system.
