Kitchen cutlery

Today, my wife and ordered this knife set through a mail order catalog. Last week while chopping up boned chicken to make pansit, I accidently broke the best kitchen knife we had. It actually broke at the handle where the rivets go through the handle. I think it was a cheap knife anyways. The other day my wife gave me one of those department store catalogs you receive in the mail so we could start looking for a quality knife sets My wife showed me a set this morning but it doesn't come with a meat cleaver so tonight I looked again and found another set that cost a little more but came with the most important knife, the meat cleaver for chopping boned meats.

We need a quality mixer

I've really been having this urge lately to make some home made fresh bread like a Pan De Sal or something like that but i don't have a mixer to make the dough with. And i think i will need a dough hook attachment to kneed the dough with. I'm thinking that most good quality kitchen mixers will cost you a little bit of money because you want something that will last. Maybe my wife will let us get one later on.
