I would like to ask everyone out there what prevents them from doing exercises? do you need to lose weight but keep putting it off like me? Well, i hear you friend. I know what your going through. It's tough! it's hard! you have to be committed to make it work for you. you have to want to lose weight and get into shape. it's not going to happen overnight either. it takes dedication and commitment. check out my excuses why I'm not exercising in this survey.
