Plan your family wisely

If you plan on having your own family you should also plan for the things that your newborn needs like diapers, formula, clothing and etc… Before our son was born we were told to save money because everything can be very expensive from formula to diapers and food. Well, before we got pregnant we thought about it and we prepared ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually and financially. When our son was born my wife breast fed him but he doesn’t know how to latch and so my wife decided to give formula. We didn’t know what kind of formula we will give him at that time. Luckily the hospital gave us some free samples of brand-formula and my son liked it. Since then, that’s what we had given him. There were times when our money was tight but we always tend to go with the brand-formula because my son likes it. We recently heard that the brand-formula we previously used had a nationwide recall because there were beetles and larvae found in some batches of cans and can make your child sick. The latest recall suggested that parents switch to generic formula which provides the same high quality nutritionally equivalent standards as the brand-formulas.

18 months after we had our son, we took a trip to the Philippines to see our family. We bought Parent’s Choice store brand formula over here because it was cheaper and more affordable.
