I woke up this morning to hear the sound of rain beating down on the earth. I opened the curtains to see grey sky's and rain falling on the roof. My family was supposed to go out in service this morning but because of the rain, we had to put it off. Besides, no one wants to get sick right? Of course we were disappointed but you can't control mother nature. This is the part of the season that really reminds me that winter is close by and it's only a matter of time before we will have to break out our winter jackets and we will be hearing weather reports of snow falling in the mountains. It's days like this where all I want to do is cover myself with a good warm blanket and stay in bed. Maybe I'll pull out the laptop and watch a movie or read the local news over a hot cup of coffee, whatever it is, it's hard to get me out of bed on days like this. Then again I'm reminded that my 2 little monsters are climbing all over me bugging me that their little tummy's are hurting which means I need get up to feed them their breakfast. So much for sunday morning sleep ins. :-( . Another day in the life of a Family Man's Life.

our fall has also been full of rain, can deal with that better then the snow =O
