What is the name of this movie?

On Saturday November 7 during the hour of 10:30 in the morning i was at work taking my lunch break in the bus drivers lounge area and a co-worker of mine and me where watching a movie that we thought the name was "the jackal" but it turned out that it wasn't the name of the movie. I wasn't able to watch much of the movie but i did seem some of it and it goes something like this: A 9-10 year old boy has a special gift. He has autism but he has the ability to crack a secret government code thru the use of a "word puzzle" book he purchased. He calls a phone number and on the other end a computer answers the phone and a computer expert working for the government looks at the computer in complete surprise. I know one of the actors playing in the movie is Alec Baldwin but when i do a search online, i can't find any movie similar to this one that i described that Alec Baldwin stars in and i need help.
