Of course, it is always a joy in the family to have kids. Having two awesome kids means double the joy but sometimes our two sources of joy can become sources of worry. Our little man in the house is just so active recently and he can’t put himself in a place for few minutes; he needs to do something to keep himself busy. It’s no wonder that one day he came home with a sore throat and cold sores. When I asked how he got it, he said he was just cheering for his friends who were playing football in their P.E time in school.

Sleeping trick to a good nights rest

Do you sometimes have difficulty falling to sleep at night? Maybe you have a lot of things on your mind from work or family problems, drinking too much coffee or maybe just excited for the new day to arrive. Whatever the case may be, we all experience times in our life where we find it difficult to get a good nights sleep. I'm currently experiencing those times in my life because of a disability and on family leave from work. If anyone of you have been on family leave from work or even become unemployed, you know how stressful times can be trying to make ends meet. I've been having a really hard time getting a good nights sleep lately and I don't know what to do. Luckily my sweet wife has been so concerned for me that she did some searching online today and I guess she found some helpful tips from a blogger friend (Twerlyn) of hers having a similar problem. I'll try this tonight and hope it will work for me. Hey, If anything it sure beats taking some sleeping pills. Here's the trick my wife found and I quote:

I was advised by my primary Physician to drink at least 1 glass of wine each day, specifically the red wine because they are healthy and our body needs wine once in awhile. I just got home from work and I’m so tired right now. I did work hard today even though my wife told me to not to work hard but I did after all. Its a girl!

My wife and i went to have her ultrasound Friday morning on may 1, 2009. We were both anxious to find out what the gender of our second baby will be. The ultrasound determines all the vital dimensions of the baby and determines the health of the baby. So far everything is normal and the baby is healthy. We found out that it's a little girl! We were praying for a girl because we already have a 2 year old boy and we really wanted a little sister for our son. Well, we got our prayers answered from Jehovah god. She's expecting to give birth sometime in September. She's 5 months pregnant right now. We continue to pray that everything turns out normal and the baby is healthy. I just had a doctor appointment with my cardiologist the other day and everything seems to be normal at this time. Wow! i guess I'm doing something right in my diet because i had some positive results from my doctors visit. I had to go to see my cardiologist yesterday to get the results of my stress test that i did last week so that i could update the medical part of my class B commercial drivers license.
